US Export Controls Under the EAR and ITAR Webinar presented by Ohio Export Assistance Network
Join us on October 13th for a 2 Part Series from 9:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-3:00pm. There will be a two hour intermission to give you the opportunity to catch up with work since it is a virtual session. It will be held via Zoom.
Export controls and compliance with the regulations has long been a complex issue for exporters. Determining agency jurisdiction and classification under the appropriate regulations is difficult and requires a comprehensive understanding of the regulations.
This program will help identify what has changed and the steps necessary to be in full compliance. Through a review of the regulations as they currently exist and particular examples, the participant will gain an understanding of how to navigate the EAR & ITAR, properly classifying their exports and obtaining the necessary licensing and permission to export.

Our speaker is Robert P. Imbriani. He is currently Executive Vice President, International for Team Worldwide & President of Team Ocean Services, Team International Trade Services and Team Canada. He is considered an expert in all areas of international trade and compliance to include import operations & Compliance, export controls under the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR), The Export Administration Regulations (EAR) The US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other U.S. Export Control laws and regulations.
