Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business hosts an Ohio Export Assistance Network (EAN) funded by the Ohio Small Business Development Center.

The EAN provides export assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in northeast Ohio to promote growth through exports.

The goal of the EAN is to connect Ohioans with international markets and to ensure that they know how to attract and flourish with foreign business opportunities.

Global Target Program
GlobalTarget Program Features
If your company has global aspirations but needs additional guidance, the CSU GlobalTarget Program will provide you with the skills and tools you need to enter global markets quickly and with greater knowledge.
GlobalTarget membership provides a low-cost, interactive method to extend a company’s international resources to achieve an objective of global expansion. By participating in the GlobalTarget Program, manufacturing companies with sales from $5 million to $50 million that are expanding into foreign markets will gain knowledge, tools, current perspectives on operating in global markets and best practices in order to execute their global strategies more efficiently, effectively and quickly. Throughout the year, companies will have an opportunity to work with:
experienced mentors, trade counselors and subject matter experts from the public and private sectors.
Program Features include:
Regular meetings featuring distinguished experts that address essential aspects of international business.
One-on-one mentorship from an executive with years of global experience across a variety of industries.
Complimentary Gold Key Service from the U.S. Commercial Service sponsored by FedEx. This service pre-screens business contacts in a foreign market and provides in-market support.
Program Deliverables:
Each participant will receive a comprehensive, professional international business review which includes:
The International Expansion Blueprint conducted by the U.S. Commercial Service.
An international market prioritization study customized for your organization, conducted by the Global Business Center.
Building a global strategy for your company with the assistance of expert mentors.
