Chinese manufacturing entities are having a difficult time fulfilling their orders, but the situation may not be as bad as reported by the media. Our Speakers:

Kimberly Kirkendall – Kimberly Kirkendall’s career has spanned over 25 years with her experience focused on international development, manufacturing, and operations. During that time she managed factories for an American company in China and was General Manager of an export firm in Hong Kong. She is currently an advisor to many government, non‐profit, and privately held companies and a regarded speaker for various organizations.

Yao Liu – Yao Liu is an attorney in Cleveland, Ohio and is admitted to practice law in both Ohio and New York. He counsels clients from U.S., China and worldwide basis. As a bi‐lingual and bi‐cultural lawyer from China, trained in both the United States and China, Yao has extensive knowledge and experience in establishing and strengthening business relationships for international clients and businesses globally.

Jim Haynes – Jim is an Executive Business Development Manager and U.S. Customs Broker License Holder with Rohlig USA LLC. He also received an appointment by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to sit on the U.S. District Export Council (NODEC). He is a 30+ year veteran of International Trade and well‐respected expert on international transportation, documentation and regulatory compliance.
