Questions About Cuba?

U.S. law prohibits the Department of Commerce from providing U.S. Government assistance, including export assistance, for exports to Cuba.  The Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security and the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)  provide information regarding U.S. sanctions regulations relating to Cuba, including during monthly call-in programs to field questions from the exporting community concerning the Cuba rules and the publication of Fact Sheets and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). For more information, please see their websites at:  https://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/policy-guidance/country-guidance/sanctioned-destinations/cuba and https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/pages/cuba.aspx.

If you have any additional Cuba-related questions or comments, please contact the Department of Commerce Cuba Desk Officer, Emily Gereffi, at  Emily.Gereffi@trade.gov.
