WHAT
Join the Cleveland Council on World Affairs for a series of workshops to develop skills for working more effectively internationally. Participation in the full series is recommend. Participants can also select the workshop(s) that suit their needs.

Learning outcomes from the series include:
 Learn how to communicate more effectively across cultures
 Understand one’s own cultural perspective
 Identify and gain awareness of underlying dimensions of culture
 Recognize the importance of approaching cultural interactions with an open mind

March 4: Understanding Cultural Norms
March 18: Developing Cross-Cultural Strategies
April 1: Panel with International Business Experts
*April 15: Optional personalized assessment with debrief to measure progress. This assessment workshop is not included in full series.

All workshops will take place over lunch. Lunch is included. Space is limited to 25 participants due to the interactive nature of the training exercises. Facilitated training starts promptly at 12:15pm.
