Dan Ujczo, Senior Counsel at Thompson Hine LLP and noted expert on US-Canada relations, will present on the procedures required for business travel to Canada. Dan will address the definition of “business visitor” under the US Mexico and Canada Agreement (USMCA) and outline the activities allowed under this type of travel to Canada. Dan will also address business travel restrictions related to COVID-19 for Canada.
