EU SCIP Database Webinar by Assent and USDOC

Companies around the world, including in the US, are now impacted by a new regulatory requirement to submit data to the European Database on substances of concern in products (SCIP), or the SCIP database. Registration for the SCIP database became mandatory for European firms on January 5, 2021 and will also affect US companies.
Companies making any product– electrical or non-electrical – that contains any of the approximately 200 substances of very high concern (SVHCs) cited in the REACH regulation will have to register their product with the SCIP database. US companies will be impacted when they’re asked for data requests by their European buyers needing to meet SCIP requirements.
